My memories
Your unborn child needs more Oxygen
Posted in 2014

I told U many times that to activate and proper functioning of all parts of our body, removing of unwanted gases entered in our body and curing our injuries during accidents or surgery OXYGEN is required. We breath in Oxygen and breath out Carbon di oxide.
Breathing is the process that moves air in and out of the lungs, or oxygen through other respiratory organs such as gills. For organisms with lungs, breathing is also called ventilation, which includes both inhalation and exhalation. Breathing is one part of physiological respiration required to sustain life.
In addition to removing carbon dioxide, breathing results in loss of water from the body. Exhaled air has a relative humidity of 100% because of water diffusing across the moist surface of breathing passages and alveoli. When a person exhales into very cold outdoor air, the moisture-laden atmosphere from the lungs becomes chilled to the point where the water condenses into a fog, making the exhale visible by anyone.
I will tell U how Carbon entered in our body in my future articles.
In every article I told you that our body needs !. Air 2. Water and 3. Healthy food to keep our body Healthy. Air is the most required to our body without air we cannot live. It is natural process but our breathing may expand our span of Life and is most required for Pregnant woman with this air the baby will grow Healthy with out birth defects.

My advise
1.....   Oxygen is important to every cell in your body. Without it, your cells can’t make energy, and their metabolism is less effective. You switch from a highly efficient energy-making machine to being 16 times less efficient and generating a lot of lactic acid (which is what builds up in your muscles and makes you sore). Without sufficient oxygen, we perform less efficiently.
2...   Our bodies process three things: food, liquid, and oxygen. And while we might enjoy the food and the liquid more, it's the oxygen that actually provides the fuel that runs our body. Oxygen, through a process called oxidation, chemically changes food and liquid into energy. It's this "oxygen fire" that contracts our muscles, repairs our cells, feeds our brains, and even calms our nerves. Not only that, but breathing is our body's chief cleansing tool.
3....  Every day, our body burns off some seven hundred billion old cells. These old cells are toxic and must be removed from our system. This is a normal, natural process of the body and nothing to worry about unless for some reason this toxic waste material is not eliminated at the same rate it's being produced. As long as we're breathing properly and getting plenty o f oxygen, there is sufficient energy and the waste is easily eliminated. The problem comes when we don't take in enough oxygen. You see, the body can store up food and liquid, but it can't store oxygen. Every minute that we are alive, we must continually provide our cells with stream of fresh oxygen.
4...  Oxygen levels and brain function go hand in hand. Having enough oxygen in the brain is crucial to brain function, and therefore, to the body as a whole. The brain requires a constant supply of both oxygen and glucose. Without enough oxygen or with low blood-oxygen levels, the brain has trouble signaling where to send blood to oxygen-hungry muscles and tissues. Here’s what you need to know about oxygen levels and brain function.
5...  The brain sends messages to the peripheral nervous system, which consists of all nerves aside from those in the brain and spinal cord. The peripheral nervous system is a communication relay structure sending messages between the brain and the extremities.
6..   If you are pregnant your unborn child's body needs oxygen to open cells particularly his brain cells.   The total cells in your child's brain is 100 trillion at the the time of conceiving which needs to open with sufficient oxygen.  It you minimize your body consumption that the cells will be opened and your child will be Brilliant..
