Oxygen is helpful to avoid skin problems to your child
A good digestive tract, as any gastroenterologist will tell you, is the cornerstone to good health. When your gastrointestinal tract is working right, you digest food efficiently and distribute all the necessary nutrients to every cell.
When you don't get enough oxygen, your digestion become irregular and your body doesn't get the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients it needs. This is why some of us always feel hungry. Our inefficient cells are constantly starved.
When we breathe into our chests, we release adrenaline into our systems, which slows our digestion. The energy then goes into our muscles. This is why our muscles often feel tight and we experience aches and pains. If we breathe deeply into our bellies, our autonomic nervous system goes off “alert," our muscles relax and our digestive system kicks back in. Deep breathing increases gastrointestinal peristalsis (the involuntary muscle contractions of your intestines), blood flow, and food absorption.
When a woman wants to give birth to a Healthy Child...Oxygen taken by the mother 1. is helpful to develop all parts of the unborn Child 2. is helpful to develop brain function of unborn child 3. is helpful to clean the blood of unborn child ..which results no skin diseases..no infections...no......................................
The mother's breathing is depend on the Food...Non Veg, oily foods, spicy foods etc..will consume more oxygen due to which the unborn child will not get sufficient Oxygen to develop his body parts, brain functions, due to insufficient oxygen the blood is nor purified which results the Child will born with Skin Diseases, infections etc....The photo of the child born with skin disease is given to educate every couple.
So I advise every couple wants to give birth to Healthy child should take care of their Food.
My advise
1...    The compelling evidence linking small size at birth with later cardiovascular disease has renewed and amplified scientific and clinical interests into the determinants of fetal growth. It is accepted that genes and nutrition control fetal growth; however, prior to this study, it had been impossible to isolate the effect of increases and decreases in fetal oxygenation on the regulation of prenatal growth.
2....   Scientists  investigated the role of oxygen in the control of fetal growth in the chicken because in contrast to mammals, the effects on the fetus of changes in oxygenation could be isolated, by assessing them directly without alteration to the maternal or placental physiology or maternal nutrition during development. 
3...    . The data show that incubation at high altitude of fertilized eggs laid by sea level hens markedly restricted fetal growth. Incubation at high altitude of fertilized eggs laid by high altitude hens also restricted fetal growth, but to a lesser extent compared to eggs laid by sea level hens. 
4....     By contrast, incubation at sea level of fertilized eggs laid by high altitude hens not only restored, but enhanced, fetal growth relative to sea level controls. Incubation at high altitude of sea level eggs with oxygen supplementation completely prevented the high altitude-induced fetal growth restriction. 
5...     Thus, fetal oxygenation, independent of maternal nutrition during development, has a predominant role in the control of fetal growth. Further, prolonged high altitude residence confers protection against the deleterious effects of hypoxia on fetal growth.
6....    Oxygen is not only important to avoid skin problems to your child but it is important to develop brain cells, lungs, heart, kidneys ................................  If you wants to have Healthy and Brilliant child than take care of your food as your food will minimize your body consumption and send sufficient oxygen to your child's  brain and body.  Your child will be brilliant and healthy.
