Dr.Gitesh sent this photo.. Good morning sir
One case Birth defect ....
Sonu pradhan jurda Raigarh chhattisgarh
11 month boy is very smart looking well can react smallest everything what he can see just like a "Microscopic Eye " . He can listen every thing more than normal sound or hing sound but not react the sound of his back side or very slow sound which thing he can't see his eye ......
Doctor advice them to take extra ear orgen out side of ear .
1... Know the reason of reacting for everything
Generally the reaction of children called Hallucinations
Hallucinations often reflect a bizarre, blurry version of our realities and because play is an everyday reality for children, the content can seem similar. Both can contain quirky characters, strange scenarios and inspire curious behaviour. One child described how he saw a wolf in the house, another that he had “Yahoos” living inside him that ate all his medicine. On the surface, these could just as easily be a child’s whimsy, but genuine hallucinations have a very different flavour. “In play and make-believe, children are imagining,” says Elena Garralda, a professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at Imperial College London. “They do not have the actual perceptual experience of seeing and hearing.” Another key difference, notes Garralda, is that “hallucinations feel imposed and children cannot exercise a direct control over them”.
The children wants to react or express something by seeing and hearing, When the child is not able to hear he concentrate on seeing and tries to react immediately.
2.... Hearing problem:: Congenital hearing loss — hearing loss present at birth—occurs when the ability of the ear to convert the vibratory mechanical energy of sound into the electrical energy of nerve impulses is impaired . Hearing loss is categorized according to the site of the lesion; in conductive hearing loss the outer or middle ear are affected and in sensorineural hearing loss the inner ear, auditory nerve or central auditory pathway are affected. Mixed hearing loss is defined as conductive and sensorineural hearing loss. In conductive hearing loss, sound waves cannot propagate through the ear, either secondary to maldevelopment of the middle ear, the external ear or both, or following transient obstruction of the middle ear caused by effusion (as in the case of otitis media). Sensorineural hearing loss can be further subdivided in sensory hearing loss (when the hair cells are affected), central hearing loss when the cause is located along the central auditory pathway or Auditory Neuropathy Spectrum Disorder. Auditory Neuropathy Spectrum Disorder includes a wide range of clinical conditions characterized by the presence of oto-acoustic emissions and a cochlear microphonic with abnormal or absent auditory brainstem responses, and results in impaired speech discrimination. Auditory Neuropathy Spectrum Disorder may be caused by a primary lesion located in the inner hair cells, in the auditory nerve of intervening synapse and may also include damage to neuronal populations in the auditory pathway.
In the first few years of life, hearing is a critical part of kids' social, emotional, and cognitive development. Even a mild or partial hearing loss can affect a child's ability to develop speech and language properly.
The child who cannot hear properly than he cannot take any decision on it. Here the sound cannot send the signals to the brain to act.
My advise
1,,, Brain cells act on the signals they receive...seeing and listening. If a child is blind the brain cannot receive the signals by seeing. Therefore brain cannot act. Our body is controlled by brain. Brain acts on the signals it received.
2.... Hearing loss can occur if a child:
a.... was born prematurely
b... stayed in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
c... had newborn jaundice with bilirubin level high enough to require a blood transfusion
d... was given medications that can lead to hearing loss
f.... has family members with childhood hearing loss
g... had certain complications at birth
h... had many ear infections
i... was exposed to very loud sounds or noises, even briefly ...During pregnancy if mother listen loud sounds.
3...... The child's ear cells not opened before birth. To open the cells needs sufficient oxygen. I told you many times that the child will receive the oxygen sufficiently if mother follows healthy food.
4.... Due to the above problem he has to take hearing support.
5... Before 5th month of pregnancy the child didn't receive Oxygen and water as needed to develop the parts of his ear. Every cell of any organ of child's body needs sufficient oxygen and water to develop.
6......I advise every couple to follow healthy food n drink sufficient water when you decided to give birth to a healthy child. It will avoid many birth defects
