Every one knows the balanced sheet of your Income and expenditure. If your income is more than that of your expenditure then you can improve savings or if your expenditure is more than that of your income you will be borrower or take loan.
In our body what ever the energy gained with our food is more than the energy spent you will become obese or if your energy spent is more than that of energy gained with your food than you will be become weak.
Our body requires
A balanced diet that is made up of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
It's recommended our total daily calorie intake should comprise of:
Fat - 30-35%
Protein - 15%
Carbohydrates - 50-55%
Protein
Protein aids your body's growth and repair. It's essential if you exercise a lot because it helps with muscle development.
Carbohydrates
The perils of eating too many carbs have been well documented, but they are important to include as part of a balanced diet as carbohydrates provide our body with energy. There are two types of carbohydrates - sugars and starches:
Fats
Fat gets bad press but certain types are essential for a balanced diet and healthy functioning of your body.
Avoid unhealthy saturated fats - these are what you'll find in higher fat dairy products, the visible fat on meat and processed meat products such as sausages, pies and pates.
Steer clear of unhealthy trans fats which are found in many processed products and takeaway foods.
Vitamins
The most important vitamins are vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E, K and folic acid. A healthy balanced diet that includes lots of fresh fruit and vegetables should provide you with most of these. If you think you're not getting enough vitamins, try taking a daily multi-vitamin supplement.
Minerals
Essential minerals include calcium, iron, magnesium, selenium, potassium, sodium and zinc. As well as fruit and vegetables, fish and dairy sources provide a lot of minerals. So if you're a vegan you may have to keep a special eye on your mineral intake.
Our body stores the excess energy for two days beyond that you will become weak day by day up to 6 days then .........................

My advise
1....    Your food choices each day affect your health — how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future.
2....    Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
3....    Unhealthy eating habits have contributed to the obesity epidemic in the United States: about one-third of U.S. adults (33.8%) are obese and approximately 17% (or 12.5 million) of children and adolescents aged 2—19 years are obese. Even for people at a healthy weight, a poor diet is associated with major health risks that can cause illness and even death. These include heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and certain types of cancer. By making smart food choices, you can help protect yourself from these health problems.
4....     The risk factors for adult chronic diseases, like hypertension and type 2 diabetes, are increasingly seen in younger ages, often a result of unhealthy eating habits and increased weight gain. Dietary habits established in childhood often carry into adulthood, so teaching children how to eat healthy at a young age will help them stay healthy throughout their life.
5.....    The link between good nutrition and healthy weight, reduced chronic disease risk, and overall health is too important to ignore. By taking steps to eat healthy, you'll be on your way to getting the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong. As with physical activity, making small changes in your diet can go a long way, and it's easier than you think.
