What is intellectual disability?
Someone with intellectual disability has limitations in two areas. These areas are:

Intellectual functioning.Also known as IQ, this refers to a person’s ability to learn, reason, make decisions, and solve problems.
Adaptive behaviors. These are skills necessary for day-to-day life, such as being able to communicate effectively, interact with others, and take care of oneself.
IQ (intelligence quotient) is measured by an IQ test. The average IQ is 100, with the majority of people scoring between 85 and 115. A person is considered intellectually disabled if he or she has an IQ of less than 70 to 75

What causes intellectual disability?
Anytime something interferes with normal brain development, intellectual disability can result. However, a specific cause for intellectual disability can only be pinpointed about a third of the time.

The most common causes of intellectual disability are:

Genetic conditions. These include things like Down syndrome and fragile X syndrome.
Problems during Pregnany. Things that can interfere with fetal brain development include alcohol or drug use, malnutrition, certain infections, or preeclampsia.
Problems during childbirth. Intellectual disability may result if a baby is deprived of oxygen during childbirth or born extremely premature.
Illness or injury. Infections like meningitis, whooping cough, or the measles can lead to intellectual disability. Severe head injury, near-drowning, extreme malnutrition, infections in the brain, exposure to toxic substances such as lead, and severe neglect or abuse can also cause it.
None of the above. In two-thirds of all children who have intellectual disability, the cause is unknown.
My observation::I have seen in many families that 1. all are mentally retarded except one 2. all are Brilliants except one who is mentally handicapped.

I discussed about these with many Medical Experts...they Said it is due to Genetics. I am not satisfied their answer and I researched through Medical Astrology principles and found the cause. As per Medical Astrology the child birth will depend on

1.Birth time of couples 2. Their birth periods 3. Their food habits, life style etc... and 4. Their time of sex causes for their defective childbirth. See statistical data of Mentally retarded in India 10.3% in 2001 and in US more than 1 in 20 child births(all birth defects)...Every couple can avoid it and give birth to Healthy and Brilliant child.

My advise

1....  Unborn child needs 60% water of his brain volume and sufficient Oxygen to open all cells.   Mother has to supply as required.

2...   After conceiving your child's brain contain 100 Trillion cells which needs to open,  To open cells it needs sufficient oxygen which mother has to supply.   Every one on this earth takes 6 Liters of Oxygen per minute with breathing...  To protect our brain, heart and kidneys our body uses 120 ml per breath and remaining will used for digestion of the food consumed and to clean body parts,  If mother takes unhealthy or oily or non veg food than mother's body consume entire oxygen for digestion and  she cannot supply to  his child to open his body and brain cells...

3...  The brain has three main parts: the cerebrum, cerebellum and brain stem. Cerebrum: is the largest part of the brain and is composed of right and left hemispheres. It performs higher functions like interpreting touch, vision and hearing, as well as speech, reasoning, emotions, learning, and fine control of movement.

4...  Brain stem: acts as a relay center connecting the cerebrum and cerebellum to the spinal cord. It performs many automatic functions such as breathing, heart rate, body temperature, wake and sleep cycles, digestion, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, and swallowing.

5...  Cerebellum: is located under the cerebrum. Its function is to coordinate muscle movements, maintain posture, and balance.

6..    Cerebrum: is the largest part of the brain and is composed of right and left hemispheres. It performs higher functions like interpreting touch, vision and hearing, as well as speech, reasoning, emotions, learning, and fine control of movement.

7...   Generally mother's excess oxygen will open cells of the child  Brain stem whose function  are  breathing, heart rate, body temperature, wake and sleep cycles, digestion, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, and swallowing.  Than if oxygen is available in mother's body it will open remaining parts of the brain.
8...   As far as my knowledge is concerned if child's body  received oxygen not more than Brain stem  required of his body than his brain cells or  body cell will not open due to which the child may be mentally handicapped or physically.

9..  So mother's food is the main cause birth defects.     I suggest every woman to follow healthy food which will consume minimum oxygen for digestion to make your child as Brilliant so that he may become a scientist or great professional
