Water improves your chances of getting Pregnancy
Water is one of the most basic nutrients for all body processes, getting pregnant included. By making sure you are drinking enough water, you can help improve your chances of getting pregnant.
Fact about drinking enough water
The fact is, if drinking enough water is important for regular body processes and functions, you can guarantee that drinking enough water will be EVEN more important for women who are actively trying to get pregnant. First of all, your overall health is one of the most important factors in determining whether or not you will be able to get pregnant. By drinking enough water, you will improve and maintain your overall health, which is an important part of getting pregnant. Water helps your body function in all of its processes, ovulation, fertilization, and pregnancy included!
Waters helps uterus health
Water supports a ton of reproductive processes as well. By drinking enough water, you can ensure that your uterus is healthy enough for an embryo to implant. If an embryo fails to implant, it can result in a miscarriage, so it is important to do everything you can to keep your uterus healthy and ready to carry a baby should you become pregnant.
Waters helps egg health
Drinking enough water also helps to keep your body nourished and nutritionally balanced. Keeping your body healthy will ensure that in turn, your eggs are also healthy. Healthy eggs grow into health babies, so make sure to drink enough water to keep your eggs healthy also.
Waters helps cervical mucus
Drinking enough water can also help to increase your cervical mucus. Cervical mucus is very important when getting pregnant, since the cervical mucus is what the sperm attach to on their journey to the egg. Without enough cervical mucus, the sperm won’t survive and therefore won’t be able to fertilize the egg!
I told U many times that your body needs 1. Air 2. Water and 3. Healthy food not more than this. Everything is available in our nature. All animals are following the nature principle and are giving birth to their child naturally. I am unable to understand why we are not following nature's principle and suffering from Infertility problems...Just follow and enjoy the life..
My advise
1....     Your overall health plays an important role in whether you become pregnant. Fertility hinges on your body's ability to produce a healthy egg. Women who are severely malnourished or unhealthy might not ovulate at all. By drinking enough water, you increase your overall health, which increases fertility.
2...    Taking time to drink water really is worth it, though. Water is vital to maintaining basic body functions, will help your baby be healthier when you do get pregnant and can improve fertility.
3...     After an egg is fertilized, it must travel to the uterus and implant itself. Many fertilized eggs fail to implant, resulting in a very early miscarriage. Women usually mistake these miscarriages for their periods. Water plays an important role in this process because water is necessary for cell division, metabolism and reproduction. The cells of the uterine wall must be healthy for the egg to implant. Drinking water is a simple way to ensure the health of your uterus.
4...   A healthy egg is more likely to result in a healthy pregnancy. Water plays an essential role in this process. Without sufficient water, your body can't process nutrients and hormones. Because fertility is not vital to a woman's health, the reproductive system is first to suffer when a woman is chronically dehydrated.
5...   Should you be concerned about dehydration during pregnancy? The answer is yes. Dehydration is the result of your body losing water faster than you are taking it in. It is a serious issue for the health and wellness of anyone, but for pregnant women, it is especially important to stay well-hydrated.
6...   As a pregnant woman, you need more water than the average person, since water plays an important role in the healthy development of your baby. Water helps to form the placenta, which is what your baby relies on to receive nutrients during pregnancy. Water is also used to form the amniotic sac later in your pregnancy. Therefore, it is important to avoid dehydration during pregnancy.
7..    To make your child brilliant you should supply sufficient water to develop all his brain cells.
8..    To avoid birth defects ..lungs, heart, kidneys etc...you should supply sufficient water.   If you drink sufficient water than your will receive.
9...   Water is more important than your food.  So drink water to have healthy child.
