Water improves your Brain Power of your child

Water improves your Brain Power i.e. Thinking, Memory etc...
The brain is one of the most important organs in your body to keep fueled. It is approximately 85 percent water and brain function depends on having abundant access to water.
Water gives the brain the electrical energy for all brain functions, including thought and memory processes.
According to Dr. Corinne Allen, founder of the Advanced Learning and Development Institute, brain cells need two times more energy than other cells in the body. Water provides this energy more effectively than any other substance.
Water is also needed for the brain's production of hormones and neurotransmitters. Nerve transmission requires one-half of all the brain’s energy.
When your brain is functioning on a full reserve of water, you will be able to think faster, be more focused, and experience greater clarity and creativity.]

My advise
1.....   Students often reach for caffeinated or sugar-filled drinks, which are proven to dehydrate you. Even mild dehydration leads to a loss in concentration and negatively affects your cognitive performance. Excess amounts of caffeine can dehydrate you and adversely change your blood sugar levels, making you physically and mentally exhausted. Studies have shown that dehydration can affect your motor skills, awareness, and even your mood.
2....    Water effect on your brain...a.. our brain is about 75% water. When your brain is functioning on a full reserve of water, you will be able to think faster, be more focused, and experience greater clarity and creativity.
b..      Water is also essential for delivering nutrients to the brain and for removing toxins. When the brain is fully hydrated, the exchange of nutrients and toxins will be more efficient—thus ensuring better concentration and mental alertness.
3....    The color of your urine can help you determine your hydration level. If your urine is very light yellow (like lemonade) and has little odor, you’re well hydrated. The darker and more aromatic your urine, the more dehydrated you are.
4....    Throughout your pregnancy, you will hear countless words of advice and “supported medical facts” from your friends and family. It’s tiresome. Does anyone actually know what they’re saying? Why are your two best friends contradicting each other? Who’s right? Is anyone right?!
5...     Water is essential to all living things, including your developing baby. Thus, it’s no surprise that pregnant women need to stay hydrated to boost fetal brain development. Every body is different so instead of counting ounces, focus on getting enough water so your urine is the color of watered-down lemonade colored.[
6.....    Amniotic fluid is formed during your pregnancy and are helpful  to your baby as under
a........Protecting the fetus: The fluid cushions the baby from outside pressures, acting as a shock absorber.
b...   Temperature control: The fluid insulates the baby, keeping it warm and maintaining a regular temperature
c...    Infection control: The amniotic fluid contains antibodies
d...    Lung and digestive system development: By breathing and swallowing the amniotic fluid, the baby practices using the muscles of these systems as they grow.
e....   Muscle and bone development: As the baby floats inside the amniotic sac, it has the freedom to move about, giving muscles and bones the opportunity to develop properly
f.....   Lubrication Amniotic fluid prevents parts of the body such as the fingers and toes from growing together; webbing can occur if amniotic fluid levels are low.
g....   Umbilical cord support: Fluid in the uterus prevents the umbilical cord from being compressed. This cord transports food and oxygen from the placenta to the growing fetus.
7....   So drink sufficient water to develop brain cells and form sufficient amniotic fluid to protect your child.
