Birth defects.....Causes of Breathing disorders
Posted in 2015

A person who is having difficulty breathing feels short of breath, has trouble inhaling or exhaling, or feels as though they cannot get enough oxygen.

Very often, people experience trouble breathing after exercising or when they feel anxious. In some cases, breathing difficulties can signal a medical condition, so it is essential to work out the cause.
People with a common cold or the flu may have difficulty breathing. These illnesses cause the following symptoms, which can make breathing more difficult:
a....  Stuffy nose   b..a sore throat   c.. inflamed air ways
d....  Sinusitis   e...  excessive mucus in airways
When a cold, flu, or chest infection is the cause of breathing difficulties, the symptoms should clear up when the illness resolves.
Prematurity is the main cause of breathing disorders related to lung development. If your baby’s lungs aren’t fully developed by the time they’re born, they may have problems breathing. Congenital defects that affect their lung or airway development can also lead to breathing problems

Take care of your health with following healthy habits, healthy life style ... you can avoid breathing troubles to your child.
My advise
1....    Anxiety can cause physical symptoms, including shortness of breath or breathing difficulties. A person's breath is likely to return to normal once their anxiety eases.    Other symptoms of anxiety include:
a...   feeling nervous or on edge    b..raised heart rate
c....  a sense of doom   d... difficulty concentrating
e..   digestive problems  and f..  fatigue
2...   People may sometimes experience extreme anxiety or panic attacks that resemble a heart attack. Other symptoms of a panic attack can include:
a...  a raised or pounding heartbeat   b..  a feeling of choking
c...  sweating    d... numbness or tingling    e.. chest pain
f...   numbness or tingling   and  g..  chills or heat sensations
3..   The above problem are due to anxiety and if continued during your pregnancy it may cause breathing disorders to your child.   You can control all with your positive thinking.
4....   Asthma is a chronic disease that causes the airways leading to the lungs to become inflamed.   As with other chronic conditions, a person's asthma will flare from time to time, usually as a result of exposure to a trigger. Triggers can vary between people but could include exercise, smoke, or particular allergens.
5...    If any one the couple or their family members including their fore fathers are suffering from this problem than take precautions to avoid asthma to your child as follows:::    a...  Practice long breathing before conceiving and continue till delivery.    b..  drink sufficient water  c...  don't expose your body with cold
d....  eat the food which will increase heat in your body   and e.. select the food which will have vitamin C and eat till your delivery.
6...    Choking occurs when an object becomes lodged in a person's throat. The object could be a larger piece of food, a toy, or another non edible item that a child may typically put in their mouth.   Choking can be life-threatening if the object remains in the person's mouth. However, if the removal of the object is rapid, a person will be able to resume normal breathing relatively quickly.
7...    If you are facing the above you should drink sufficient water.
8...    Several health conditions could potentially cause a person to have trouble breathing after eating.   Follow healthy life style and healthy food.
9.....   . I believe in PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
