Pregnancy and Miscarriage ---1
Posted in 2011

A miscarriage is the loss of a baby before the 20th week of pregnancy.
According to the March of Dimes, as many as 50% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage -- most often before a woman misses a menstrual period or even knows she is pregnant. About 15% of recognized pregnancies will end in a miscarriage.
More than 80% of miscarriages occur within the first three months of pregnancy. They are less likely to occur after 20 weeks' gestation; if they do, they are called late miscarriages.
What Are the Symptoms of Miscarriage?
Symptoms of a miscarriage include:
Bleeding that progresses from light to heavy
Cramps
Abdominal pain
Fever
Passing of tissue
If you're pregnant and experience the symptoms listed above, contact your obstetric health care provider right away. He or she will tell you to come in to the office or go to the emergency room. In subsequent articles I will explain U scientific details of Abortion and how to avoid it...Please see regularly.
My advise
1....        If a miscarriage happens during the first trimester of pregnancy (the first 3 months), it's usually caused by problems with the unborn baby (foetus). About 3 in every 4 miscarriages happen during this period.
2....    If a miscarriage happens after the first trimester of pregnancy, it may be the result of things like an underlying health condition in the mother.
3...     First trimester miscarriages are often caused by problems with the chromosomes of the foetus.
a...     Chromosomes are blocks of DNA. They contain a detailed set of instructions that control a wide range of factors, from how the cells of the body develop to what colour eyes a baby will have.
b...     ometimes something can go wrong at the point of conception and the foetus receives too many or not enough chromosomes. The reasons for this are often unclear, but it means the foetus will not be able to develop normally, resulting in a miscarriage.
4....    The placenta is the organ linking the mother's blood supply to her baby's. If there's a problem with the development of the placenta, it can also lead to a miscarriage.
5....    The age of the mother has an influence:
a....    in women under 30, 1 in 10 pregnancies will end in miscarriage
b...     in women aged 35 to 39, up to 2 in 10 pregnancies will end in miscarriage
c.....    in women over 45, more than 5 in 10 pregnancies will end in miscarriage
6....     A pregnancy may also be more likely to end in miscarriage if the mother:   a..is obese   b..smokes   c. Usage of unwanted drugs  d..Consumption of lot of Tea or coffee  e.. Drinking alcohol
7...     Please note above and prevent miscarriage.
