Is there a big need for pregnant woman to drink more water during their term, or can they just continue consuming the same amount that they normally do? The answer is that any woman, at all time during her pregnancy term needs to drink additional water. The growth, health and development of the unborn child are dependent on it.
Water is the most essential substance in the body, not just the mother, but also in the developing child. The foetus needs water to aid in the development of the cells, blood, muscles and most importantly the brain. The only place for the unborn child to get the water that it need from is the mother, who has to drink enough water to keep her and her child hydrated at all times. Water is the backbone to the main transportation system in the body for nutrients, blood. It is the only source of nutrition that your unborn child receives for nine months, and it should therefore be at its best at all times. There is also a brilliant side effect to water that should be the main reason for every pregnant woman to drink more of it each day, and that is that being properly hydrated will aid in reducing many of the side effects of her pregnancy.
Beside this your food also important to keep U and Ur child healthy. Know the quality of your food 1. Easily Digested 2. Your mind should be active after taking your Food 3. You and your child should not get reaction. 4. It must contain nutrients needed to U and Ur child.
You will get all nutrients needed in your Food.

My advise
1........ When you're pregnant, you need more water than the average person in order to form amniotic fluid, produce extra blood, build new tissue, carry nutrients, enhance digestion, and flush out wastes and toxins.
2....   Especially during hot summer months, you’ll want to make sure you stay adequately hydrated. Here are just some of the benefits of staying hydrated during your pregnancy:
  • Decreases constipation/hemorrhoids
  • Reduces swelling
  • Softens skin
  • Increases energy
  • Keeps you cooler
  • Decreases risk of urinary tract infections
  • Decreases risk of preterm labor and preterm birth
3.....  If your trips to the bathroom are frequent and your urine is pale or colorless, you're drinking is on track.
4...    If you have a hard time getting enough water every day, here are a few tips to help prevent dehydration:
  1. Add fruits such as lemons, limes, and frozen raspberries to your water.
  2. Avoid caffeine.
  3. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake (they have water, too!).
  4. Milk, juice, sparkling water, tea, and soups all count as water or fluid intake.
  5. Listen to your body; drink enough fluids that you rarely feel thirsty.
  6. Drink enough fluids that your urine is and colorless or light yellow.
  7. Stay out of the heat. Exercise indoors or early or late in the day.
  8. Increase your fluid intake when you increase your activity level.
5...   Daily your child's body is developing and need 60% water for his brain developing of his brain volume, all his body parts need more water to develop.  So drink sufficient water
