.Panic attacks
A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. Panic attacks can be very frightening. When panic attacks occur, you might think you're losing control, having a heart attack or even dying.
Many people have just one or two panic attacks in their lifetimes, and the problem goes away, perhaps when a stressful situation ends. But if you've had recurrent, unexpected panic attacks and spent long periods in constant fear of another attack, you may have a condition called panic disorder.
Although panic attacks themselves aren't life-threatening, they can be frightening and significantly affect your quality of life. But treatment can be very effective.
A panic attack is a sudden onset of fear or distress that peaks in minutes and involves experiencing at least four of the following symptoms:
palpitations
sweating
shaking or trembling
feeling shortness of breath or smothering
sensation of choking
chest pains or tightness
nausea or gastrointestinal problems
dizziness, light-headedness, or feeling faint
feeling hot or cold
numbness or tingling sensations (paresthesia)
feeling detached from oneself or reality, known as depersonalization and derealization
fear of “going crazy” or losing control
fear of dying
There are some symptoms of anxiety that can happen in conditions other than anxiety disorders. This is usually the case with panic attacks. The symptoms of panic attacks are similar to those of heart disease, thyroid problems, breathing disorders, and other illnesses.
As a result, people with panic disorder may make frequent trips to emergency rooms or doctor’s offices. They may believe they are experiencing life-threatening health conditions other than anxiety.
In most of the cases Panic attacks cause Impotency which repeats frequently...Your healthy thoughts can cure it...Develop positive thoughts....
My advise
1.... Panic attacks are due to various health or infertility problems in our body which were developed day by day and appear suddenly... Any health or infertility problem will not appear suddenly.. It is due to our unhealthy life style since some years or months back developed in our body and it will appear at the time our body cannot tolerate.
2..... People experiencing a panic attack may believe they are having a heart attack or they are dying or going crazy. The fear and terror that a person experiences during a panic attack are not in proportion to the true situation and may be unrelated to what is happening around them. Most people with panic attacks experience several of the following symptoms:
a..  "Racing" heart     b...Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy
c......   Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers
d..  Sense of terror, or impending doom or death
f...  Feeling sweaty or having chills
g..  Chest pains    h... Breathing difficulties
i..   Feeling a loss of control
3...  Panic attacks are generally brief, lasting less than 10 minutes, although some of the symptoms may persist for a longer time. People who have had one panic attack are at greater risk for having subsequent panic attacks than those who have never experienced a panic attack. When the attacks occur repeatedly, and there is worry about having more episodes, a person is considered to have a condition known as panic disorder
4...    People with panic disorder may be extremely anxious and fearful, since they are unable to predict when the next episode will occur. Panic disorder is fairly common and affects about 6 million adults in the U.S. Women are twice as likely as men to develop the condition, and its symptoms usually begin in early adulthood.
5....It is not clear what causes panic disorder. In many people who have the biological vulnerability to panic attacks, they may develop in association with major life changes (such as getting married, having a child, starting a first job, etc.) and major lifestyle stressors. There is also some evidence that suggests that the tendency to develop panic disorder may run in families. People who suffer from panic disorder are also more likely than others to suffer from depression, attempt suicide, or to abuse alcohol or drugs.
6..  When any woman is conceived with panic disorder she may suicide or willful abortion or any other
7..  I don't advise any woman to conceive with panic disorder.
8... It can be cured if they develop self confidence and positive thinking
