A miscarriage is the loss of a baby before the 20th week of pregnancy.
According to the March of Dimes, as many as 50% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage -- most often before a woman misses a menstrual period or even knows she is pregnant. About 15% of recognized pregnancies will end in a miscarriage.
More than 80% of miscarriages occur within the first three months of pregnancy. They are less likely to occur after 20 weeks' gestation; if they do, they are called late miscarriages.
What Are the Symptoms of Miscarriage?
Symptoms of a miscarriage include:
Bleeding that progresses from light to heavy
Cramps
Abdominal pain
Fever
Passing of tissue
If you're pregnant and experience the symptoms listed above, contact your obstetric health care provider right away. He or she will tell you to come in to the office or go to the emergency room. In subsequent articles I will explain U scientific details of Abortion and how to avoid it
My advise
1...     The abortion pill is also known as a medical abortion. ­There are two main types of abortions: medical abortions and surgical abortions. A medical abortion may be commonly called “the abortion pill” but it involves taking two types of abortion pills. These pills will terminate a pregnancy, and are not the same as what is commonly known as the “morning-after pill” or Plan B, which is designed to prevent pregnancy.
2....   Women with pre-existing medical conditions may not be eligible to take the abortion pill. Women who cannot receive the abortion pill include:
a...    women who are not willing to have an aspiration (surgical abortion) if the pill is not effective.
b...    women with an ectopic pregnancy or mass on their ovaries
c...    women on long-term corticosteroids
d...    women with certain genetic diseases
e....    women who are not able to understand the procedure or how to follow the directions
f....     women who will not have access to emergent medical treatment and facilities
g....    women who have a molar pregnancy, in which the placenta develops abnormally
h...     women who have heart, kidney, or liver problems
i...      women with severe adrenal gland problems
j...      women who currently have an IUD (though you can take the pill upon its removal)
k....     women with bleeding disorders, or those who are taking anticlotting medications
3...     Side effects and recovery::: Women who undergo a medical abortion often experience bleeding and cramping that can last for up to two weeks after the procedure, including passing blood clots. Other common side effects include:
a....     nausea and vomiting   b... diarrhea
c....     feeling dizzy or heaving a headache
d...     short-lasting hot flashes
4....    Most women will abort anywhere from a couple of hours to a day or two after taking the second medication. However, it’s normal to experience light bleeding, spotting, and some cramping for up to four weeks following a medical abortion. Note that you can get pregnant almost immediately following an abortion.
5...     I don't advise any woman willful abortion with medication or surgery..  It will give you many health problems in future... It you don't want a child use any other method to prevent pregnancy.
6.....   A miscarriage can be an incredibly devastating event, with long-lasting emotional repercussions like depression, anger, fear, and guilt. But one of the most difficult aspects of a pregnancy loss is simply the complete lack of knowledge surrounding the reasons it happened.
7....  Miscarriages happened due to unhealthy life style or advanced age of woman
8....    Miscarriage may happened due to existing health problems like diabetes, hypertension etc...and mental disturbances or tensions or others also. Before conceiving control your health problems and be happy till delivery
9...     Give birth to a child at your young age.
