Impotence -Life style and Emotional disorders

Erectile dysfunction is also caused by mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trouble with relationships. That’s why visiting a medical doctor for erectile dysfunction treatment is so valuable.
If ignored, erectile dysfunction can lead to complications, such as an unsatisfactory sex life, low self-esteem, high anxiety, and relationship problems. Getting a partner pregnant also becomes difficult if a man suffers with erectile dysfunction.
A study published in May 2014 in the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that some men can reverse erectile dysfunction with healthy lifestyle changes, such as exercise, weight loss, a varied diet, and good sleep. The Australian researchers also showed that even if erectile dysfunction medication is required, it's likely to be more effective if you implement these healthy lifestyle changes.
To achieve an erection, a person must first go through what’s known as an excitement phase. This phase can be an emotional response. If a person has an emotional disorder, this affects their ability to become sexually excited.
Depression and anxiety are associated with increased risk for impotence. Depression is a feeling of sadness, loss of hope, or helplessness. Fatigue related to depression can also cause impotence.
Performance anxiety can be another cause of impotence. If a person wasn’t able to achieve an erection in the past, he may fear he won’t be able to achieve an erection in the future. A person may also find he can’t achieve an erection with a certain partner. Someone with ED related to performance anxiety may be able to have full erections when masturbating or when sleeping, yet he is not able to maintain an erection during intercourse.
Abuse of drugs like cocaine and amphetamines can also cause impotence. Alcohol abuse and alcoholism can affect a person’s ability to achieve or maintain an erection as well.
I told U many times that your mind plays very important role during your intercourse..Your emotions like anxiety, fear etc..will make you to be impotent...If your mind in positive your sperm will contain needed contents to have Healthy child...If not the child may be defective....
My advise
1... Most of health problems including impotence are due to mental disturbances, unhealthy life style and emotional disorders.
2... The emotional disorders like stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self esteem,in difference or others causes impotence as under
a... Stress : Stress can be job-related, money-related, or the result of marital problems, among other factors.
b..Anxiety : Once a man experiences ED, he may become overly worried that the problem will happen again. This can lead to "performance anxiety," or a fear of sexual failure, and consistently lead to ED.
c..Guilt: A man may feel guilty that he is not satisfying his partner.
d..Depression : A common cause of EDdepression affects a person physically and psychologically. Depression can cause ED even when a man is completely comfortable in sexual situations. Drugs used to treat depression may also cause ED.
e..Low self-esteem: This can be due to prior episodes of ED (thus a feeling of inadequacy) or can be the result of other issues unrelated to sexual performance.
f.. Indifference: This may come as a result of age and a subsequent loss of interest in sex, be the result of medications or stemming from problems in a couple's relationship.
3..All men at one time or another will experience ED. Only if the problem becomes persistent -- occurs more than half the time -- or becomes a source of distress for you or your partner should you be concerned and consider seeking medical advice and treatment. For men whose erectile dysfunction is caused by psychological problems, therapy may be needed.
4...Think you may have erectile dysfunction (ED)? You may be surprised to learn that a lot of the things we know aren’t good for your health can also affect your ability to get or keep an erection
5.. These are also cause of ED
a..  Smoking It increases your risk of hardening of the arteries. This reduces blood flow to the penis. It’s that blood flow that helps you get an erection.
b... Being overweight : Carrying extra pounds increases your risk of blood vessel disease, a cause of ED.
c.. Inactive lifestyle: If you want to reduce your chance of getting ED, get off the couch. Regular exercise can help to make sure that when the time comes, you’re ready.
d...Poorly managed diabetes : Diabetes can affect blood flow to your penis. Maintain a healthy diet, get regular exercise, and take your medicine as prescribed.
e.. High cholesterol: It can damage the linings of blood vessels, including those in the penis. It can also affect the arteries leading to your genitals. Eat right, exercise regularly, and take your medicines.  I don't advise medicines.  With your healthy life style and healthy food you can control high cholesterol.
f.. Alcohol: If you have more than two drinks a day, you could be hurting your ability to get an erection. Alcohol restricts blood flow to the penis and can hinder production of testosteroneLow testosterone can affect not only your performance, but your desire, too.
g.. Illegal drug use: Marijuanacocaine, and other recreational drugs can cause ED by damaging blood vessels. They can also restrict blood flow to the penis.
h...Stress and anxiety : These are leading causes of temporary ED. If your mind’s too occupied, it’s hard to relax enough to be “in the mood.”
6......I advise every couple to leave mental tensions, emotions etc...with happy life... Your happiness will solve many health problems including your sexual life.
