Zinc Deficiency may cause Health problems particularly Semen in Male
Zinc is an important mineral required for a number of bodily functions involving energy and metabolism. One of its most important roles is in supporting our immune system, which protects us from pathogens, infections, and disease. Zinc also plays a role in carbohydrate breakdown (which supplies energy), as well as growth, division, and reproduction of our cells.
Zinc is an important chemical essential for human functioning. Zinc nutrition deficiency is insufficient availability of zinc in the diet or can be caused due to the malabsorption of zinc by the body. This condition is prevalent in young children, pregnant women, breast feeding mothers, and the elderly. Zinc plays a vital role in many aspects of the immune system. It helps in cell division, clotting, healing wounds, DNA synthesis, growth and development of the fetus, and protein synthesis.
The inherent gastrointestinal problems, liver disease, kidney diseases, and certain other conditions and drugs can prevent zinc absorption by the body causing a zinc deficiency.
A healthy, balanced diet can help provide necessary minerals and vitamins. .Have Healthy food and overcome this problems
My advise
1......   Men who have trouble conceiving may get a boost from nutritional supplements that increase sperm count. A new study found a combination of folic acid and zinc supplements increased sperm count by 74% in men with fertility problems.
2... The Dutch study, published in the March 2002 issue of Fertility and Sterility, looked at the effects of the supplements in men with low sperm counts whose female partner had not conceived after one year of regular, unprotected intercourse. Healthy men with no history of fertility problems also took the supplements to see what effect they would have. Folic acid and zinc supplements were studied because both elements are essential to the formation of DNA and creation of sperm.
3...  When either zinc or folic acid was taken alone, there was no significant effect on sperm production.
4...  Researchers say more study is needed to understand how these two micronutrients work together to affect male fertility before widespread use of the supplements can be recommended as a fertility treatment.
5...  Your healthy food contain Folic acid and Zinc along with other needed nutrient to solve male infertility problems..  These are safe and no reaction/side effects.
