As with most areas of health, the way we live our lives can impact on how well our body functions. The most common lifestyle factors associated with reduced fertility are as follows:
Increased female age
The chances of achieving a pregnancy fall sharply after the age of 35. By 40, even though a woman may still be menstruating normally, the quality of her remaining eggs is reduced and the chances of conception are low. This is a limiting factor not only for normal conception but also in IVF. A variety of tests may be employed to give a better prediction of ovarian reserve than age alone.
Diet and BMI
Diet and BMI (body mass index) play an important role in the proper functioning of the male and female reproductive systems. Women who are overweight or underweight are less likely to conceive compared to those who have a BMI between 18 and 25.
Smoking
Stopping smoking is advised for both partners. The carcinogens in cigarettes are harmful to sperm and eggs and they reduce the overall chances of pregnancy.
Alcohol
Alcohol intake can affect fertility. Whilst trying to conceive, consumption should be limited to no more than a few drinks a week for each partner.
Stress
Stress is believed to have a negative impact on the chances of conception. Doing whatever you can to be calm and relaxed during this difficult time is recommended. 

My advise
1.....  Infertility is usually diagnosed after a couple has tried to conceive for over one year without success.  In women this problem can be the result of several problems such as ovulation disorders, pelvic inflammatory disease, blocked Fallopian tubes or uterine fibroids.  Factors that can cause infertility in men may include oligospermia (very few sperm cells are produced) or azoospermia (no sperm cells are produced).
2....   Excess stress can affect the function of the hypothalamus gland; which regulates the hormones that tells the ovaries to release eggs.  Recent studies have also indicated that women experiencing greater amounts of stress were more likely to produce high levels of alpha-amylase and had a more difficult time getting pregnant.
3.....   The toxins inhaled from cigarette smoke can affect fertility by causing damage to reproductive organs, eggs and sperm.  Heavy and prolonged alcohol consumption can also cause imbalances in the hormones of the reproductive systems of women and can also damage sperm in men.
4....    Adopting a healthy diet that includes foods known to improve reproductive health and boost fertility can increase the chances of healthy ovulation. Dietitians often recommend eating organic foods and cold water fish such as salmon, increasing the intake of whole grains and drinking freshly squeezed fruit juices to couples who are trying to conceive.
