9...  Symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency
If you have vitamin B12 deficiency, you could become anemic. A mild deficiency may cause no symptoms. But if untreated, it may lead to symptoms such as:
     Weakness, tiredness, or light headedness
  • Heart palpitations and shortness of breath
  • Pale  skin
  • A smooth tongue
  • Constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite, or gas
  • Nerve problems like numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, and problems walking
  • Vision loss
  • Mental problems like depression, memory loss, or behavioral changes
If you find above symptoms than you should take Vitamin B12 and Iron or folic acid enriched food.

My Advice
1..  I have seen many children born with nervous debility, aneama etc...it means that the child has not received Vitamin B12 before birth.
2... I advise every woman to take balanced healthy food to avoid defective child birth
3..   Wait to enjoy with
