Oxygen needed for you and your child
Posted on 4th June 2015
The first and very important to you and your unborn child is Oxygen.
Oxygen, water and healthy food required to your unborn child for proper development of his brain and body.
Every one on this universe consumes six liters of Air per minute..which is required to digest your food, cleaning your body parts such as your brain, heart etc...cleaning the blood, nervous system etc...
Pregnant woman has to take care of her food, water and air so as to fulfill her body requirements and unborn child's requirements so that her child will grow Healthy. She should not take food which will create pollution in her body so that her health and unborn child's health should not spoil.
All parts body parts your child start developing from 1st day of your pregnancy and his requirements increases daily..I told you that every person takes 6 lts per minuter of Air with his breathing. Your body require 120 ml per breath for your brain, heart and kidney to maintain properly. Your digestive system also require air to digest your food which contain proteins, vitamins, minerals etc.. and supply proteins, vitamins, minerals etc..to all all parts of your body through your Blood. Besides this your child also require needed air and nutrients...You child's requirement increases daily if the air is not sufficient your child becomes defective..
So mother's food is very important....Oily, spicy, non vegetarian food etc...will consume more oxygen so that your child will not get sufficient air..I suggest every woman to think this and take food which will consume less oxygen so that you will have Healthy child.
My advise
1... In the human body, the oxygen is absorbed by the blood stream in the lungs, being then transported to the cells where an elaborated change process takes place.
2... Appropriate levels of oxygen are vital to support cell respiration. Oxygen plays an important role in the energy metabolism of living organisms.
The living cell is the site of tremendous biochemical activity called metabolism.
This is the process of chemical and physical change which goes on continually in the human body: build-up of new tissue, replacement of old tissue, conversion of food to energy, disposal of waste materials, reproduction - all the activities that we characterize as "life."
3...  Oxygen diffuses through membranes and into red blood cells after inhalation into the lungs. The heme group (that consists of an iron) of hemoglobin binds oxygen when it is present, changing haemoglobin’s color from bluish red to bright red.
4... Women are born with as many eggs as they will ever have; this is referred to as the, “ovarian reserve.” While every woman is different, by the age of 35 a sharp decline in fertility is exhibited and experiencing loss of ovarian reserve is normal. As the amount of eggs declines, the remaining eggs become less sensitive to follicle-stimulating hormones making it even more difficult to conceive. Concurrently, the decreased amount of oxygen in the cumulus cells surrounding oocytes causes degradation in quality of eggs.
5...Respiratory distress syndrome occurs commonly in premature babies because their lungs are structurally immature and they lack of a substance called surfactant. Surfactant is a lubricant that is produced by the lungs and covers the inner lining of the breathing sacs. In large enough quantities, surfactant prevents the lungs from collapsing at the end of each breath. Without surfactant, it is hard for the baby to take in oxygen, and this can result in a range of serious health problems
6.. So follow healthy food to have sufficient oxygen to you and your child.
