I studied and Researched on basis of Medical Astrology. What ever the food we take 1. must be useful to our body 2. It should not give any side effects or reaction 3. Nutrients viz.. Carbohydrates, fat,mineral etc.. in it will be used by our body which amount it requires. 4. Excess Nutrients etc...will be stored for three days beyond that will be eliminated in stool, urine. 5. our body posses to resist any kind of health or infertility problem for that it requires all natural minerals etc..
Our body needs 1. Oxygen 2 ..Water 3... Nutrient food
Oxygen:::Oxygen levels and brain function go hand in hand. Having enough oxygen in the brain is crucial to brain function, and therefore, to the body as a whole. The brain requires a constant supply of both oxygen and glucose. Without enough oxygen or with low blood-oxygen levels, the brain has trouble signaling where to send blood to oxygen-hungry muscles and tissues. Here’s what you need to know about oxygen levels and brain function.
The brain is a complex and energetic organ, which tells your body how to function using a system of nerves. It contains billions of nerve cells or neurons, and it coordinates thought, emotion, behavior, movement and sensation. The largest part of the brain is the cerebrum, and the outermost layer of the cerebrum is the cerebral cortex or gray matter. The deep folds in the brain increase the surface area of gray matter, which helps process more information.
Water::Water is our 2nd priority
  • Your brain is about 75% water. When your brain is functioning on a full reserve of water, you will be able to think faster, be more focused, and experience greater clarity and creativity.
  • Water is also essential for delivering nutrients to the brain and for removing toxins. When the brain is fully hydrated, the exchange of nutrients and toxins will be more efficient—thus ensuring better concentration and mental alertness.
Nutrient Food::  Nutrient food must consist of required Vitamins, minerals ects...
An essential nutrient is a nutrient that the body cannot synthesize on its own -- or not to an adequate amount -- and must be provided by the diet. These nutrients are necessary for the body to function properly. The six essential nutrients include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and water.
My advise
1... Adequate oxygen supply to the baby is of extremely important throughout all of the stages of pregnancy. This is of the greatest significance when mom reaches the labour and delivery stage. Babies rely on their mother to supply oxygen to ensure a healthy delivery.
2...   Even a small amount of oxygen deprivation to the baby can result in cerebral palsy, learning problems, ADHD, seizures and in severe cases even death. A child who has experienced oxygen deprivation at birth may suffer from problems that will affect them for the rest of their lives. They may require care that has an impact on the entire family physically, emotionally and financially.
3...    Most injuries to baby that are related to oxygen deprivation occur during the birth process which puts significant oxygen demands on the mother. Many moms experience oxygen deprivation throughout their labour and delivery.  Medical staff in attendance during childbirth are able to monitor and recognize oxygen deprivation for both the baby and mother, and treat it accordingly by providing supplemental oxygen
4...     Oxygen deprivation to mom and consequently to baby is sometimes related to the therapy provided.  For instance, the oxygen flow may be set too low or mom may become uncomfortable or claustrophobic while wearing a closed style oxygen mask
5....     Oxygen levels in mother body is depend on her food.   So mother should follow healthy food so that she can supply herself and her child as needed.
