Cholesterol is an oil-based substance and does not mix with the blood, which is water-based. It is carried around the body by lipoproteins.
Two types of lipoprotein carry the parcels of cholesterol:
  • Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) - cholesterol carried by this type is known as "bad" cholesterol.
  • High-density lipoprotein (HDL) - cholesterol carried by this type is known as "good" cholesterol.
Cholesterol has four primary functions, without which we could not survive, these are:


  • contributing to the structure of cell walls
  • making up digestive bile acids in the intestine
  • allowing the body to produce vitamin D
  • enabling the body to make certain hormones

My advise
1...  We get the energy with cholesterol food to do any hard work.
2...  We should take food according to our energy spends.
3...  All kinds of oily food contain cholesterol and have high energy value...  Let us take cooking oil it contain 9000 Calories per liter.  Even if you take any item prepared with one tea spoon of oil it will have energy value of 100 to 150 calories.
4..   If you work by spending your physical energy than the energy gained by you from your  food is consumed fully you will not get any health problem. It is LDL and it is known as bad cholesterol.   If not cholesterol deposits move in your blood and will not mix in your blood may cause many health problems like Heart attacks, strokes etc...
5... If you follow healthy food your HDL will be increased..  HDL is a good cholesterol for your body.
6.....Take food according to your physical work or do physical exercise to nullify fat deposits.
