EGG QUALITY may diminish the chances for Healthy child
Women become less likely to become pregnant and more likely to have  miscarriages because egg quality decreases as the number of remaining eggs dwindle in number. These changes are most noted as she reaches her mid-to-late 30s. Therefore, a woman’s age is the most accurate test of egg quality. An important change in egg quality is the frequency of genetic abnormalities called aneuploidy (too many or too few chromosomes in the egg). At fertilization, a normal egg should have 23 chromosomes, so that when it is fertilized by a sperm also having 23 chromosomes, the resulting embryo will have the normal total of 46 chromosomes. As a woman gets older, more and more of her eggs have either too few or too
many chromosomes. That means that if fertilization occurs, the embryo also will have too many or too few chromosomes. Most people are familiar with Down syndrome, a condition that results when the embryo
has an extra chromosome 21. Most embryos with too many or too few chromosomes do not result in pregnancy at all or result in miscarriage. This helps explain the lower chance of pregnancy and higher chance of miscarriage in older women.
I advise every woman not to postpone for giving birth to Healthy child. It will diminish the chances due to Egg quality...Beside this every parent should take care their daughter from her child hood and provide Healthy food for Egg quality and giving Healthy atmosphere in her young age.
My advice
1....    The quality of a woman’s egg plays a key role in her fertility and her ability to have a baby. High-quality eggs have the best chance of developing into an embryo, implanting in the uterus, and resulting in a successful pregnancy.
2...    Egg quality refers to whether an egg is chromosomally “normal” (euploid) or “abnormal” (aneuploid). A chromosomally normal egg has 23 chromosomes and when fertilized by the sperm, which also has 23 chromosomes, the resulting chromosomally normal embryo will have a total of 46 chromosomes.
3..     As a woman’s ovary ages, she will have increasing numbers of aneuploid eggs which contain too few or too many chromosomes. If conception occurs with an aneuploid egg, the embryo will inherit too few or too many chromosomes. Most aneuploid embryos will either fail to implant in the uterus or will result in miscarriage. In some instances, the aneuploid embryos may result in chromosomal disorders, such as Down syndrome, extra copy of chromosome 21.
4....   The best indicator of egg quality is a woman’s chronological age. At the age of 25, 75% of a woman’s eggs are chromosomally normal. At 35 years of age, about 50% of a woman’s eggs are chromosomally normal. By the time a woman reaches 40, about 10-15% of her eggs are chromosomally normal.
5...    A woman is born with all of the eggs she’ll ever have (approximately 1 to 2 million). The eggs (in the form of follicles) are contained within the ovaries at different stages of development and diminish in quantity and quality over time. By the time she reaches puberty, she will have around 300,000 potential eggs in her ovarian reserve. During her reproductive years, only a few hundred eggs will actually be ovulated.
6....  Based on your age, medical history, and the results of your ovarian reserve testing (described below), our fertility specialists can assess how well you will respond to ovarian-stimulating drugs and we can build a fertility treatment care plan that’s personalized for your unique needs. Remember, it only takes one quality egg and sperm to create an embryo!
7...  Egg quality is also depend on their food habits.   It she follows healthy food then she can have healthy child.
