1...Plenty of calcium is available in your Healthy food so eat healthy food...2.. You also need Vitamin B12 which is available in your food    3..Sunlight is freely available on this earth.  Just stay 15 to 20 minutes in Morning or Evening Sunlight    4. Follow and protect your Bones
